TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VN MOTOR TOURS
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
- A 30% non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your tour.
- Full payment must be made 45 days before the tour start date.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations between 45 and 30 days before departure incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
3. HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS:
- Participants must disclose any health conditions affecting their ability to ride safely.
- VN Motor Tours may request a medical certificate to verify fitness for travel.
4. ITINERARY CHANGES:
- Itineraries are subject to modification due to unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions.
- Alternatives will be provided for significant itinerary changes.
5. INSURANCE:
- All participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that includes motorcycle riding coverage.
6. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY:
- VN Motor Tours is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables.
- Riders are accountable for their safety and must comply with all road safety regulations.
7. MOTORCYCLE SUBSTITUTION:
- Motorcycle type may be substituted based on availability.
8. ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY:
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and may result in tour cancellation.
9. AGE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Participants must be at least 22 years old and possess a valid international motorcycle license, with a minimum of two years of riding experience on comparable or larger motorcycles.
10. TOUR CANCELLATION BY VN MOTOR TOURS:
- VN Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. Affected participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
11. FLIGHT DELAYS AND SCHEDULE CHANGES:
- VN Motor Tours is not liable for any disruptions caused by flight delays or schedule changes.
12. BIKE DAMAGE AND REPAIR:
- Participants are liable for repair costs and damages caused by accidents or mishandling.
- Natural wear and tear, such as minor blemishes from insects, gravel, or rocks, are excluded from damage claims.
13. THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE AND EXCESS REDUCTION POLICY (ERP):
- A third-party insurance cover of up to $5,000 is included. An additional $500 is necessary for claims regarding third-party damages.
- The ERP reduces the deductible from $2,000 to $200 for a daily fee of $30. ERP must be purchased at booking and is non-purchasable post-booking commencement.
14. COMPLIANCE AND DISCIPLINE:
- Violating traffic laws or safety instructions from the tour leader may result in termination of the service agreement and suspension of riding privileges.
- Strict measures are enforced against dangerous behaviors influenced by alcohol or drugs.
15. ITINERARY CANCELLATIONS DUE TO EXTERNAL FACTORS:
- VN Motor Tours is not responsible for cancellations due to blockades, quarantines, or border closures but will endeavor to transfer benefits to an alternative tour schedule.
Participants are advised to review these terms carefully before booking. Terms are effective as of the booking date and are subject to change without prior notice.
