Most travelers book their tours 3 to 6 months in advance to ensure availability. Booking early helps us arrange everything to provide you with the best possible experience.

Do I need an international license to drive a motorbike in Vietnam?

Yes, an international driving permit (IDP) along with your home country's driver's license is required to drive a motorbike legally in Vietnam, especially in areas like the Ha Giang Loop where enforcement is strict, and fines can be imposed for not having an IDP. In Southern and Central Vietnam, although an IDP is still legally required, enforcement may be more lenient, and it is possible to drive without encountering problems. However, it is always safer and more prudent to have an IDP to ensure compliance with local laws and for insurance purposes.
